All divisions provide advocacy, care coordination, and consultation to help clients and their families make informed decisions on matters related to aging or disability.  1 Link provides support, problem-solving, education, and advocacy solutions using primarily video-based and telephonic consultation services. Our solutions are designed to meet the challenges of today’s toughest problems faced by those who are aging, ill, or confronted by a disability.

Our Proud History

Founded in 2007 by Mary Kate Kennedy, 1 Link 4 Senior Care, Inc., which serves the aging population, as well as 1 Link 4 Care that serves the needs of younger adults ages 18-64, continues to serve our clients’ needs and expressed wishes through its mission to promote a greater quality of life for those who are aging, ill and disabled.

By listening to what is important to our clients as individuals, and considering all the resources at hand, we can attain the right solution for each person’s unique situation.

Our ever-expanding team of certified and licensed professionals in the fields of aging, dementia, chronic illness, cancer care, mental health and other disabilities continues to faithfully serve our clients and their loved ones with respect, dedication, and care.

Mary Kate Kennedy

BS, CMC, CIRS-A/D, CSA Care Manager, Aging & Disabled Services

Founder and principal of the 1 Link divisions, Mary Kate’s experience in the field of coordinating home care and long-term care services spans more than 30 years, managing home care nursing, therapy, and aide services for a prominent home care agency.

Patricia Bicknell

EdD, APRN, ACNS, Advanced Practice Nurse in Adult Health

Patty is an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist and has over 40 years of experience as a nurse in adult health, chronic illness, and patient safety. She also holds a Master of Science in Oncology Nursing and her Doctoral research is focused on health care quality and patient – centered care.

Nancy Feller-O’Dowd

MSN, APRN, Advanced Practice Nurse in Geriatric Psychiatry

Nancy is an Advanced Practice nurse with Prescriptive Authority and holds a Master of Science in Geropsychiatric Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a BSN from Cornell University. A skilled nurse practitioner and educator, Nancy helps our clients and their loved ones deal with the challenges related to dementia, depression, or other mental health problems.
