Helping you make informed decisions and linking you to the right solutions for long-term care options and services.

1 Link has two divisions that serve clients:

  • 65 and older (1 Link 4 Senior Care)
  • 18 – 64 (1 Link 4 Care)

Both divisions provide advocacy, care coordination, and consultation to help clients and their families make informed decisions on matters related to aging or disability.  1 Link provides support, problem-solving, education, and advocacy solutions using primarily video-based and telephonic consultation services. Our solutions are designed to meet the challenges of today’s toughest problems faced by those who are aging, ill, or confronted by a disability.
