1 Link 4 Pride is the newest division of 1 Link 4 Senior Care, Inc., which has been helping families faced with the problems of aging, illness, or disability find solutions since 2007. 1 Link 4 Pride expands on 1 Link’s philosophies and mission, dedicating a division with a focus on inclusivity, advocacy, and safe, comfortable access to healthcare services for everyone.
What We Do & How We Help
1 Link 4 Pride, serving both younger and older LGBTQ+ adults, is committed to those LGBTQ+ clients and their loved ones who want an additional safety net with a provider who understands and protects their rights to equal access and support in healthcare.
This assistance is facilitated within 1 Link 4 Pride by healthcare advocates and service providers who are dedicated to, or an ally for, the rights and protections of the LGBTQ+ individual, as well as their caregivers or loved ones. The goal, as always, is increasing the quality of life for the client and their loved ones.
As consultants, 1 Link serves to assess and “link” clients to quality care and service providers.
1 Link endeavors to help clients put legal documents in place to further ensure the protections of rights and directives to providers, and to embrace partners and loved ones as part of a holistic treatment plan for healing processes for the client when applicable.
1 Link can also coordinate care and services in the home or in long term care settings. Our team will help create a customized care plan and address any concerns that may arise
